Vibration coupled with brake shudder

Maybe I should've told you the mileage is 115,000. I thought this thing would run forever, and that's why I bought it. The guy at the shop, said he thinks it needs new rotors, not just turned, and new pads. What gives. I told him I don't want to pay for something that doesn't need done.

Does it make clicking/popping noises when you turn the wheels all the way to make a left or right turn? (That would also indicate you need new CV Axles)

Stuff only lasts forever if you maintain it, and brakes are part of that. Brake rotors are expendable, they wear out. I hadan '89 Saab for 220k miles, but Idid the brakes several timesduring those13 years.
