My 2002 v6 accord was outside without a hood and there was only a paper towel in the oil fill. Upon inspection there was water roughly 6-8 quarts that I drained along with the oil sludge plugs. I refilled and ran for about 5-6 min when it began running rough. Checked oil and it was milky. Drained the oil again and filled. The car continued to run rough, now throwing a random misfire code p1399. The oil is clean, so I think I got the water out. Will this correct itself or is it too late and internal damage is done?
