2004 accord ex when ever it rains my left rear brake light fixture fills up with water, which pours out when i open my trunk. fixture seems (?) to be secure where would water be getting in and how do I fix leak?

Take the light out and run water over it to fill it, tip it upside down and watch where the water comes out. Fill the hole with clear 100% silicone caulk and let it dry in the sun with the bulb out. Make sure all of the water's out and put it back in.

Also, you can try the ol' bike innertube technique (opposite of what finch13 suggested) and fill a bucket with water, submerge the entire housing under water and see where the bubbles come from.
