Default Huge gush of water from rear engine

My car has been overheating. 2000 Honda Accord LX 4cyl.
Water would boil. It's not doing that anymore, but everyday for the last month, I've had to top up the coolant level. I drained the system and started using just water.
It started misfiring. Check engine light flashing.
Guy at Autozone suggested cleaning the fuel system. Big mistake.
Last night I put additives in the crankcase and gas tank. Didn't fix the misfiring.
Today I start up car and a huge spill of water mixed with oil drops from the rear of the engine. See attached photo.

The miss-firing is most likely from not bleeding the cooling system when refilling.
But the leak I dont know what to do about.
Can anyone tell from the photo? Do you need more info?

Thanks.Huge gush of water from rear engine-rear-eengine-lea-webk.jpg

Can't see that small pic. Not much info to go by but it kinds sounds like it may be a head gasket causing the Misfire. The large sudden spill of water AND oil does not sound good at all. Did it make any noise ? Hope it wasn't a rod looking for some sun light.

misfire does not happen by flushing fuel system or coolant, sounds like a seeping head gasket to me, further testing is needed, thanks for joining HAF.

Well, I fixed it. Turned out to be a clogged injector and the huge spill, starting the car with the cooling system bleeder open. Duh.
I bought a scanner and the codes were p0301 and p1399, cylinder 1 not firing. Spark plug was getting spark, so I dug into the injectors and cleaned them with straight injector additive. Gumout.
I still dont know why there's oil. The pic was taken from under the car. The cable on the right heads back to the rear of the car, maybe the emergency brake cable?
Thanks for the input
