Is a waterpump from the dealer made by Aisin?

Is a waterpump from the dealer made by Aisin?

For an '03 V6 it's $94 from Honda or $30 cheaper for Aisin from Rock Auto. Are they the same?

Honda parts list it as WATER PUMP (AISIN)

Aisin is a big Japanese company that makes all kinds of stuff for original installation on the assembly line for other cars too (not just Honda).
