i located the two screws and see the clips are you saying that I slide it out from the open end of the door will the new one slide back or will I need any tools to get it back in. thanks so much for your help

 

did you get the part replaced I have the same issue and im not sure if just taking the two screws off will allow me to slide it out

 

What do you call that part against the window as it slides in and out of the door, drip molding? Does the bottom piece have a name of its own? Here's a pic of mine that seems to have torn off the driver's door. Key points to broken point.
