Default Weird idle

I currently own a '05 Accord coupe with the 2.4L DOHC VTEC and i just got my car back from the shop since my accident but now at an idle it will randomly rev or just idle too low and cause itself to die. my idea was maybe my idle air control valve is maybe going bad but i dont think that would cause the random revs. please hit me back if you anyone has an answer for this. thank you all for your time.

What all did they do at the shop?

Some popular things that cause flaky idle in Hondas...
- vacuum leaks
- air pockets in cooling system (but 2005 4-cyl is self-bleeding)
- misguided mechanic trying to adjust idle RPM by using throttle cable or throttle stop-screw

to my knowledge all they did was suspension work on my driver front side and some body work. according to the mechanics list of work there is nothing listed under it for any engine work.
