Default Weird sound on 99 Accord EX

Hi guys, I was driving long distance and back on Friday, and on Friday on the way back home I noticed a kind of wheezing/whimpering/buzzing whatever you want to call it sound it was a whimpering sound if you ask me. But, yeah the sound comes intermittently, and then goes away. I was stuck in 3 hours of stop and go traffic that day as well, anyways the sound is coming from the front right tire side. I am guessing that it has something to do with the suspension or brakes. I know that I need new rotors or rotors turned/resurfaced.

I also have to go in for an oil change, although scheduling online with the Honda dealer seems like a pain now, not so before.

Any suggestions would highly be appreciated.

have honda take a look when they change your oil. They will be able to see what is going on if there is something with the suspension

Yeah, I drove a ton of miles that day too, so something might have just worn out. Driving in a big city can cause more wear on a car as well. I just drove it now, and it sounds like a train screeching to a halt on the railroad track. The sounds comes and goes, so it isn't that bad, but when it comes it sounds bad.

my first guess is your front brakes are worn down to metal on metal contact or something is bent or stuck in there
