On the lower panel on the drivers side on a 95 Honda accord is a black button, about knee height while driving. I always thought it was an aftermarket alarm or something but after taking panel down it looks like something installed at factory, with 2 wire connector going under dash, any idea?

That is the "classic" spot for an aftermarket alarm system "reset" button....I had a 95 Accord EX that had one in the area.
