94/95 4 cylinder accords are obd1. the 95 V6 is obd2. all 96+ are obd2.

the fourth gen accords 90-93 seem to be trickier. Looking up the ecu on car-part.com, the 92/93 ecus are compatible, so my guess is that they are obd1.

Whats weird, on 90 ecus come up for the 90 accord, and the 91 only comes up with 91 ecus.
