Question What is VSA neutral position sensor

I pulled this 84-1 VSA neutral position sensor error on accord 2006 K20Z2, what does this thing do? I did the reset procedure and it has gone away but I want to know if I should be worried, also now hearing some squeaking around the pedals (not the usual clutch squeak but squeaking when I go over bumps and stuff)

Is this a non-US accord? Quick search is a code 84-1 is for a brake pressure sensor on the anti-lock brake unit. Worst case is the anti-lock brakes are disabled, but normal braking would still work. ABS units new are expensive, so you might want to search the web to see if the sensor can be replaced. I wouldn't mess with it unless the problem returns.

I'd inspect the suspension and look for torn boots on the upper and lower ball joints and the tierod end. Also look for orange/brown on any moving component as it would indicate rush from metal on metal wear.
