What's wrong with my baby?
I have a 98 Honda Accord with a 2.3 v-tech engine. I love this car but recently I had problems with the gas pump. I have replaced the gas pump and it ran fine. Now the car does not start. Keep in mind that everything else works it just won't kick over. What else besides the gas pump could it be?

I assume you mean fuel pump where you say gas pump.
A frequent problem w/ no-start in many Accords is failure of the Main Fuel Relay. This relay closes to deliver power to fuel pump and cut-off if engine stops (crash). However if it develops faults, the relay will fail to close and no power gets to fuel pump.
You can self-diagnose, fairly easily by turning keyswitch to On position w/ everything off in car and listening carefully. You should hear fuel pump come on in fuel tank for 2-3 secs and go off. If you don't hear this sound, then main fuel relay fault is likely. Most fix by replacing main fuel relay w/ new part.
good luck
