Default when to change timming belt and water pump

hey

anyone know when exactly im spossed to change my timing belt and water pump on a 2000 model?

im at 167xxx kms now

I don't know for sure sence it's a 2000, but I thought it was always a good idea to change the timing belt at 100,000 miles and the water pump at the same time sence your already that far into it.

It was 90k miles & some time around '98 or so Honda changed it to 105k miles but still using the same belt. Lots of people still say 90k is a good interval.
