What are you looking to do to your accord?

Also is this an automatic or manual transmission accord?

Not much you can do for this generation Accord, just intake and exhaust, if you want more then you will need an engine swap or turbocharge it if you have a standard transmission in your car, if it's auto then forget the big power adder, because it can't handle the power.

go to hmotorsonline.com and buy yourself a h22a engine swap. The best and only power adder other than a turbo you can do to that car thats worth the money.
