Whining noise on cold start up

You don't test the ECU, you test the wires that mate to pins 11-12 on the connector side. Orn and Wht should be one over other. Looking at pin side of connector, they should be on RH side. You are testing for same ohms you got at the distributor connector.

It is a 95 f22b1 auto

So I test the connector? Same numbers? Pin 11 and 12?

Yes, those are the pins (actually sockets on connector side).

I'm not getting a reading.. I'm doing this wrong. It's irritating. I dont get a reading on any of the pins

Connector A has 22 pins, B has 16, and D has 22.

If you are looking at the ECU and A is on the left, the numbering is:

1 3 5 7 9 11 13 15
2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16

You want to test the resistance on the electrical connector side. One wire should be orange the other would be white.

This information is for a 94/95 accord. 96/97 is different and I can tell you that information if needed.

What accord are you driving?

I got it finally read 812ohm so it's normal. Guess that means my ECM is bad.

Agree, looks like ECM is problem.

These are readily available through car-part.com for < $30.
