Will not Start!!

You can short two of the pins on the OBD2 connector and count check engine flashes (or D4 flashes) just like on older accords. There is a writeup in the DIY section on how to get CEL codes.

Read this carefully. MAKE SURE YOU SHORT THE PIN WITH THE BROWN WIRE TO THE PIN WITH THE BLACK WIRE.

My dumb question of the hour. You say the CEL stays on? So when you turn the key from off to On/pos II the CEL should come on for ~3 sec and then go off....does it?
