I bought a used Honda Accord today and found that the windscreen wiper can not spurt the water, although it works normally.
I checked water box for the windscreen wiper ,there is water inside...I am not sure what happened to the car...should I change some parts or can I fix it by myself ?

lift the hood and look at the rubber hoses carrying the washerfluid.
the clamps or whatever that position the rubber hoses have probably failed allowing this hose to move and then be squished when you close the hood.

So pull the hoses more to the front. Duct tape them in place against the hood. You can't see tape when hood is closed, so it looks OK from outside.
