wont shift
i have a 2004 honda accord and it wont shift when its wet out? Gear position Switch?? if so where is it located??

Can we PLEASE have a bit more info.
1. Auto or manual?
2. 4 or 6 cyl
3. Do the brake lights work when this happens.
I could keep going but these should be good enough for a start.
