Default would this work?

i got a 95 accord ex, guy at car meet told me any 98-01 accord brake stuff would work, so i grabbed 2 front knuckles from junk yard, new calipers bearings rotors all that to hook into old spot...changed master cylinder to new original, bled brakes, now i still dont got a good brake pedal...could a 98 proportioning valve work cause i got front disc rear drum, 98 has front disc rear drum...any sugestions? or what i could do to solve this? also selling some interior parts for this 95 accord let me know what you need and ill check if i got it priced cheep
