First off, the factory filter is a lifetime filter. It is located in the fuel tank. There is no inline filter like the ones in the 94-97 Accords. If you must replace your fuel filter, go to a Honda dealership.

Second off, you are posting in the wrong section. This section is reserved for improving the website, not tech questions. Post similar questions such as the one you asked here under the General Tech Help section.

Yes, the filter is either in-pump on in-tank, I'm not 100% sure.
