I have a 93 accord , I am having an issue with my rev limit. I cant seem to get past 3500 rpm when park and while driving. what would be rhe cause of this issue ? My first guess is the MAP sensor ? If anyone has any ideas please let me know . thanks

Is check engine light On? If yes, see DIY forum for explanation of how to extract codes. This offers best chance of resolving the problem.
