Default best cold air intake for 99 accord ex (4 cylinder)?

I need a really good cold air intake system for my 99 accord ex. Any suggestions? I have looked at the APC.

not positive but i think the aem v2.

because...

A compression wave plops out of the cylinder right when the intake valve closes.
effectively producing a rarefaction wave that goes back into the cylinder at a later time.
if its timed just right, a constructive wave will enter the cylinder just before the valve closes pressurizing the cylinder. And youll take in colder air.

the v2 doesnt give u cold air, the reason v2 is good becuz the first half is bigger than the second half, forcin air flows rapidly into the IM, makin it more air, better flow plus more air = power.....as far as cold air, u dont really need it much unless your got some good mods, ie. i/h/e...not to mention if u live in the area wit lots of flood, good luck wit that cold air....if u want to keep it street legal, aem and injen has some good cai, if u dont care, ebay cai is as same as aem and injen =)
