Also found this post on super honda while searching for the cheater:
What? His engine is going to run horribly with the primary O2 sensor seeing pure air. LOlololoLOLOlOLoLolOl
by takingout the lower sensor and putting it in the upper sensors spot then hang the upper sensor somewhere with zip ties or clamp of some kind. i clamped my on the air con piping when i put my turbo in and no check light "knock on wood"
