Default Comptech install

For the guy's who have installed their own exhaust, is it pretty much straight forward, does it use all the stock hangers, how long was the install time? BTW, I ordered the Comptech exhaust, just trying to get an idea. I have always just taken my rides to exhaust shops and have them weld everyhting up, but I am thinking I might try somthing new with this one. Thanks in advance guy's!

Default RE: Comptech install

A good exhaust should use all the stock hangers and be a straight replacement... if you get one like that (I've heard the Apexi WSII is that way) then the only really time consuming aspect of it is loosening/removing the old one since all the bolts are usually pretty tight... I'd say typically (depending on experience and equipment on hand) it would take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours... about 1.5hours would be average for your backyard mechanic type using nothing but hand tools....
