EGR adjustment....?????????????????
Hello all,
I have a question for the pro streetracers out there...
I added a 4-2-1 header set with a resonator cat and a 2.5" throughout to my '91 Accord and I also added a short intake 3.5" intake. The car runs unbelievably strong but I get the EGR code and the engine light coming on because now I lack the back pressure the stock exhaust system used to have... How do I make the EGR system work properly again... Reading up on it, the functionality will benefit the overall performance of the car...
Tx Chris...

Hmmmm, yes because the car got a JDM motor at the same time but is retaining all external components from the known operating old engine... I am very pleased with all aspects of driveability and power output. I never thunk it would make such a huge difference... When I start the car first the engine light is off. Within 100 yards of driving down the street the light will come on at about the time the valve should start to recirculate...
