Will my car pass the Smog Check with an intake?

Nevermind, I just went to the mechanics and they said it won't pass it.

I need the original air filter and other parts but I don't have them =/

Do I need to clean my filter? Here's a pic:

Yeah, if your intake has that carb exempt, you will be fine.

I would get a K & N filter recharger (cleaner) kit, providing that is an oil type filter. It is actually recommended to clean those filters every month or so.
