Default Exhaust sealant

Is there such a thing as exhaust sealant? I took apart my exhaust in the effort to find the leak. Now when i put it back, do i just put it back the same way? or can i put some sealant stuff on the old gaskets to seal it properly. I am not changing any gaskets except the header gasket which obviously i wont be putting sealant on. I want to know about the other joints.

there is some sealant that can be applied around the exhaust ports coming off the head and connecting to the headers. However, there isn't anything I know of for sealing exhaust piping itself except for some wrap stuff that you can purchase however it doesn't typically hold up very well or for very long, your best bet is just get new gaskets if you need them otherwise you should be fine
