Default f22a1 exhaust man. are h223 exhaust man. ?

is the f22 exhaust manifold better to keep on my car our will putting the h23 exhaust manifold be better ? reason why im asking is my brothers prelude is tore all to pieces and im installing the i/m manifold from the h23 right now cant afford aftermarket so i have to do with what i got. thanks

they are the same port pattern they will swap over. But if I'm not mistaken they are IDENTCAL. If you want a OEM upgrade for with the f22a4 header. It's the tubular style...I have one if your interested…

how well do you thnk a f22a6 cam and f22a4 header would work ? should get at least 5 hp ?

yeah something like that. But you want to snag the a6 ecu if you want to take advantage of the a6 cam.
With the h23 intake mani and the a4 header and a6 ecu and cam you prob see about 140hp or so. But if you want more go get yourself a simple street tune...unless you want to fork out the cash for a dyno tune. The dyno tune will squeeze out all the power that your engine has to offer vs. the street tune.
But you will need a chipped ecu for tune btw
