Default F22B2 Header issue

Hi All,
I have a 1995 honda accord lx wagon. it has a F22B2 motor.
I recently lost the intermediate pipe. So i figure instead of patching the exhaust or going back to stock i would add a header, and test pipe.
The only issue i have(and it sucks)is where the o2 sensor is suppose to thread in is lower than when the stock one went into the manifold.
The engine mount is in the way
I know if i run it it without the o2 i will have no feed back, and it wont run right...right? so thats my dilemma..what to do??
Any suggestions would be real appreciated.

So your saying you can't get the o2 sensor in where the current bung is?

I'd bring it to an exhaust shop, have them weld in a new bung in a location that will work. I used to pay like $30 to have them do that, so it shouldn't cost you too much at all.

Thanks live2rice.
One other thing i noticed...there is another bung on the down pipe...about 10" lower than the one in the header. kind of odd. Would this work?? temp difference shouldn't be much lower that close right.
Ill see if i can get some pics up to see.
