Default F23 Swap Trouble

So I did it... and then tried putting coolant in and it was leaking near where the coolant goes through the intake into the engine head. When I turned the car on it was automatically rev'ing high and then low repeatedly. I think the two are related. I may have missed scrapping off some of the gasket in that spot. But I'm wondering if anyone would know if there are other locations. I plugged the unused holes with tape temporarily but I also lost a grommet for one of the injectors. I was still able to get it in there snug.

I know it seems like I half assed it but Im limited on resources so I wanted to get my car running and then do the details since the only write up didn't mention what I would need.

If the engine is rev'ing high repeatedly is that most definitely a leak from the same spot as the coolant? Or did I miss something?

I'm gonna go back tomorrow and redo it.
