hey guys, my friend recently got an 01 accord lx. I was looking at intakes and headers and wondered what you guys thought would be the best for his F23A1. Suggestions?

 

AEM, Injen, K&N, and Fujita are the top name brands(which i'm a bit of a name brand type of guy). however people have had god luck just buying a cheap ebay intake then putting a AEM or K&N filter on it and saving themselves some money

 

Also, for headers Megan and OBX make good, cheap(er) ones. DC Sports also make nicer SS and ceramic headers as well.

 

ah missed the header part, for the best headers Bisimoto might make one for your motor, or perhaps Hytech or some other full race set up

 

No love for the exhaust.? lol.

 

Looking at intakes, I don't see any that differ from the F23A1 and the F23A5. They just have an intake for '4 cyl Accords' everywhere I've seen. I guess it doesn't make a difference?

 

No difference, the intake manifold are the same, the only thing that differs are the cylinder heads.
