F23A1 in a 1992 Accord EX?

Hello Everyone
I have a chance to pick up an F23A1 motor for $200
My 1992 accord EX (Auto) has a rod tick and either needs to be rebuilt or replaced. What are your thoughts on swapping in the F23A1? I'll probably need to get a harness and maybe an ECU (not sure what comes with the motor) but I'm wondering if it fits and if it's worth doing?
Thanks much!!

F23A1 honda accord motor, running when pulled. 60-70k miles on it, includes complete longblock with dizzy, intake manifold and flywheel..
Thanks much!!
Even if it doesn't fit it might be worth to buy and fix up and resell it for a higher price... The F23A1 is 6th gen engine you want to put into a 4th gen...
It should fit almost perfectly. You may run into some problems with the driver's side mount though. You'll obviously have to extend and rewire a few things. The biggest will be adapting the IACV on the back of the F23 intake plenum to your car. The F23 uses a 3 wire, yours is a 2 wire. There's obviously going to more things to work out but it shouldn't be that hard of a swap.
