Default Front Mount Intake???

I currently have an AEM short ram on my 94 accord and i was watching a show on tv about intakes. they had a 94 civic and put a front mount ram air kit on it. i was wondering if i should change my intake for a front mount and what the pros and cons would be. thanks

Pro's, supposedly a little better airflow and slightly better HP (very slight), con's better chance of sucking in water.

I know who was watching the rerun of a year or two old horsepower tv today lol.

i like to call them "interfoolers" not really a fan, and as sir nasty said there is a better chance of hydrolock.

even if its where the front lower grill is???? i know the other cold airs there is that chance. also it comes with a plastic plate for the front to protect from bugs and debris and you can take it off when you want to "race" or just get a lil bit more performance... but there is still a decient chance you can suck up water????

if you put a bypass valve on it chances are you would be fine, if i were you i just couldnt justify buying another intake when you already have an aftermarket one, when its not going to give you that big of a difference over the short ram.
