[align=left]yeah is the iceman still a good intake? How about the header
And do the duals hurt the car more than it helps?

Iceman is a good intake. Not as good as AEM, in my opinion, but not garbage either. If its the full length CAI, as I think it probably is, I would put a bypass valve on it if it doesnt already have one. You dontwant to hydrolock your engine. Also, check the filter, make sure it is clean and in good condition.

As for the header, I have heard mixed things about DC Sports. I dont have any first hand experience, though. Is it ceramic or stainless?

Dual exhaust, I dunno. Is your car a V6? If not, I dont see any reason for dual exhaust. I would just put a regular performance exhaust. Which one would depend on what sound you want your car to have. For a nice deep tone, try the Apexi WSII or the Greddy Evo II, I hear they both sound good, although the WSII is too quiet for some.

Yeah the intake its the full lengh when my friend bought it it was like 200$
I put a kn filter on it too
the header is ceramic but im not to impressed with it
and my car is a 4 cylinder thats why I asked about it having the duals
they look really good their magnaflow with dual tips they look factory and are really deep
but Ive heard duals on a 4 cyl is not good

uh your car is an i4 which shouldnt have dual exhaust. i think that will make you lose horsepower, but not sure. i have dc ceramic headers on my av6, and i like'em. cant get over the sound it makes at a low rpm.

I think you may be able to get away w/ a dual exhaust as long as the diameter is the same as stock or less, otherwise a decrease in hp.
