Default Magnaflow Catalytic converter?

Okay, I know I haven't posted on here in a while, but i'm always reading your guys posts. So I was gonna put a turbo in my accord, but after doing LOTS and LOTS of reading I realized it's not worth the risk, but I learned so much it's insane. So I went ahead and ordered an aem sri, dc ceramic header, and dc tcs exhaust. Now i'm looking at getting a high flow catalytic converter. I was looking at this one linked here. What are your opinions on it? And has anyone ever heard of this site, cuz I haven't, so i dont know if it's reliable. Any other suggestions for a cat for my car help me out here, I cant find many bolt up ones.

Lol, forgot the site, so had to edit...here it is....

It depends what exactly your going for.

You can just get an eBay test pipe, there nice for the price.

I thought about the test pipe, it's cheap and the best flow, but i've heard it makes your car sound like rice too. I also know it's illegal since this is a daily driver and not a track car. So, I was thinking an aftermarket high flow cat would be a good way to go. I should be able to pass emissions right? If not I can save my oem cat and just put it back on when I need to pass I guess not a big deal. Check out this page if you haven't seen it, I thought it was cool stuff and was informative on the subject if you're thinking about doing the same thing I am.... http://www.importtuner.com/features/...val/index.html
^Another reason I wouldn't go with a test pipe, but i'm not arguing that it's not better.
