take a look at an organ and tell me which pipes make the low notes ...... now read your post.

SRI is louder and slightly higher pitch ..... more engine sound due to less piping.

I bet yours cost a lot more .... your friend took the smarter buy if he replaced the filter with a K&N or the like.

Mine came with the car haha i wouldve probably went the eBay route and buy a good air filter if i had to purchase it myself...

And thank you for your organ analogy falkore24... I couldve sworn the CAI has a deeper sound than a SRI (NOT louder, DEEPER)
