need help on exhaust !!!!

Default need help on exhaust !!!!

hi every one im omar and im new to the honda world but i need your help!!! i got a 98 accord v6 coupe and i want to make it a sleeper and one of the things i wanted to do was change the exhaust from the dual mufflers to a single muffler but im wondering if a 4cyclinder exhaust will fit ? please help..im on a time limit here

No 4cyl exhaust won't work. You need to go to a exhaust shop and have them take out your Y part of the exhaust and make it a single pipe with one muffler. By doing this I would get a slightly bigger diameter exhaust from the cat back.

yea i was going to go with a 2in piping but what im trying to do is a sleeper look but i want it sound and scream when i punch it as close to a s2000 as possible. does any one have an idea

your not gonna get that kinda sound from a SOHC v6 it's just not gonna happen. A s2k uses a DOHC vtec set up so it's meant to scream at high end. Your v6 makes it's power midrange. Also I would maybe go with a 2.25" exhaust if you can.

yea but i just dont want kill my gas millage and lose my torque if i go 2.25" but i dont know im so confused
