Need help removing the resonator

Default Need help removing the resonator

i want to remove the resonator off my 06 honda accord coupe 4 cyl.\

can anyone post a pic or how to remove it and what performance gain or lost.

And also what does the stock resonator actual job.

I assume youre talking about the air intake resonator. Just take the bumper off and unbolt it from the frame. Its job it to quiet the intake airflow... removing it give the intake a nice grunt, somewhat like an SRI, but a little quieter.
