Yea i jsut got my Tenzo R Type-2 Muffler put on today and ive got to say it impresses me much more than i thought it was going to....it sounds great, really deep and just loud enough in the lower RPMs and when i hit about 50 mph it gets much quieter which is what was looking for...overall i am very satisfied....but im pretty sure the silencer is still on...where is it ??? and if so shud I/ can i take it off to see how it sounds... thanks much...

 

how much did it cost you for that muffler? any sound clips?

it cost $130 with shipping and 50 bucks to chop off the stock muffler and weld on this one.....but yea im about to charge my videocamera and ill get a video up here as soon as i can...

 

I would like to hear it too! I want to change out my rear section of exhaust! The silencer, should be almost at the exit of the muffler. It will have a small diameter hole in the middle and a nut that holds it in. If you can stick like 4 fingers in the muffler than the silencer isnt in it!

 

ha yea thanks 19accord97 i took it out on my way to publix and man its a lot louder than it was with the silencer in it...i was parked next to an older chevy malibu i think and was messin with the accelarator and set off the cars alarm!

 

lol That would probably be a little to loud for me! But it only matters if you like it...and the cops dont mind either! lol But if you do post a video, could you do one w/ a w/o the silencer? Thanks!
