Can I completely remove my third cat without codes or CEL coming on? Will there be any consequences from removing my third cat and getting a true dual exhaust system going? (Besides federal law)

Yes I am new to this Accord stuff,but not cars.

So far all that's been done Isa cold air intake and an exhaust system upgrade including high flow cats and flowmasters. But I am curious as to whether the third cat is even needed,and what I will gain or lose from removing it and running two pipes straight from the engine cats to the flowmasters and out the back.
