SO they bothwork together, hand in hand. So more power toit. Why not, just a few bucks to add a few hp. Not bad. And it makes sound, which is what i really want.

Would you recommeny any filter in particular?
Well for a K&N or AEM DryFlow you are going to pay $50. OEM filters arent even just a few bucks let alone aftermarket ones.

Just do the eBay sri + K&N Filter work. If you're installing ANYTHING aftermarket on your car, just do it right and don't be cheap. Anything aftermarket on a car causes problems.

Well i have AEM SRI + AEM Dryflow filter. I guess i will keep it tht way.

Are you guys talking about the filter for the SRI? Cuz i thought there was a 2nd air filter...

Nope. Just one.

Two filters would be a pain-in-the-behind...and possibly pointless (increased turblence in intake piping)

takes power out bacause of the restriction.... intakes are a basic for engines when upgrading them...that's why there's not a tread about them... very easy and basic... more air = more hp! and cooler air = even more hp!
