so i bought a ram air kit today.... the instructions say something about having to drill an additional hole in the filter for a vacuum line since it's a v-tec engine. is this true? im a noob on this vtec stuff... any help would be appreciated with minimal "you're an idiot" comments. thanks!

 

btw, my car is a 1998 ex sedan 4cyl vtec

 

i dont think you have to drill anything.

 

mine came with the extra hole already...
