Default Test Pipe or No

My 94 accord as in my signature still has a crappy stock cat on it and i think i want to get rid of it. i was looking at megan racing test pipes(resonator) and was wondering if this would be a good idea. meaning, will i gain or lose performance. is it worth it basically?

you will gain performance, however it probably wont be noticeable.

It is also illegal and will upset drivers behind you because it will have that very distinct no cat smell

Fines, time behind bars, tickets...just for like 5 HP? You can find better ways to do that!
