Default Throttle Body Poll

for starters, i know people say just bore out your stock one, i like having name brand ones and it looks pretty so i dont want any replys saying it would have been cheaper to bore out the stock one

alright so i ordered a skunk2 66mm throttle body, but they sent me a 68mm.

So the question is 68mm too big

I have a H22A4 with Skunk2 Intake manifold, AEM intake, Megan racing header, plugs wires

Ugh.
I just saw a wesite where a guy would bore them out for $100 and he had the max/best bore size listed for our cars on there.
I cant find it, but if I do I will let you know the size. Sorry I couldnt have been more help, but I am pretty sure 68mm was just fine.

Have any pics?!

I see your getting swapped soon! LUCKY!
Is it some sort of specialty shop doing it? And how long will it take?

Oops.

Technically I didnt spcify that it was cheaper, since I dont know how much the Skunk2 one was.

68mm is a little big for an otherwise stock motor.
