i re-read all that and didnt see anyone stating the "wrong"-ness of those giant muff/tailpipes. what i got out of the posts was that his preference is not to have an exhaust that resembles a canon. right and wrong isnt being discussed.
my preference would be the same as his. i just dont like the look of a big, loud muffler. after hearing one, then looking around for the source of the noise, to find a large canister welded under a car... the whole experiencemakes me think of a dingleberry. however respect your opinion, i will.

ORIGINAL: falkore24

For a 2.5" tip I'd go with a maxspeed. Also, please put your car in the signature.

Sorry, I meant DynoMax

I have a magnaflow....don't know which model. I asked for one to look stock and it looks pretty much like the original. Sounds good too.

Anythings possible... I used a Dual Greddy Evo catback setup on mine from a 98-02 accord V6.....But I mainly did it for show at the time, As it makes you lose power in a n/a 4cyl... But it loooooks goooood

For looks, dual exhaust is the way to go.
For performance, single exhaust.

^ x2 ..... I'm thinking of blanking 1 side of my Y connection and removing the second pipe and muff for better low-end torque and to give the appearance of a 4-cyl. Step right up!!!!

[sm=nxsmile.gif]..... so soon I can taste the whipped cream!!!!!
