Sweet AEM is very good, make sure you get a KandN filter with that. Also now you have to pick which ine you want a shortram intake or a cold air intake here is a Faq on both aboput advantage and disadvagte

https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/FAQ...m_22712/tm.htm

I perfer shortram intake mostly becuase the water damage part with coldair intake.

Water damage is almost negliable unless you drive though a lake. CAI is looked upon as the better intake from the public's perspective because everyone does it. However, SRI is good as well.

Either way, you cannot go wrong with SRI or CAI, both will improve your car engine...as well as a new purr under the hood.

EDIT- YAY! It's my FAQ!

I would recommend an AEM SRI with the dryflow filter myself. It might not have as much flow as the K & N, but you don't have to oil it and it's easy to clean. Also, water ingestion will probably never happen to you, but there is always that chance it will so, if you get a cold air, make sure to get a bypass valve with it. The AEM V2 is supposed to be the best CAI on the market right now. I think shortram is the way to go though, alot cheaper and alot safer.

If you change your mind and go with the AEM V2 be aware that you SHOULD NOT according to AEM put a bypass valve on there... so if water is a major concern of yours get the original AEM CAI with a bypass or just get the SRI and be safe...

Depends, V2 will give you the most power, but it's the most expensive and you can't put a bypass valve on it. The SRI is cheaper, but not as much power. I'd probably save the extra 120 and use it for the header and exhaust, but you'll be happy with either choice. Only thing is, watch the big puddles with the V2, if it's raining really hard in town just pull over and wait it out.
