Default What is this part?

This diagram didn't have a label for it. I had a problem with this part about 3 months ago when it was leaking oil. Had it fixed. But now some fluid is leaking there again, not much but occasionally. No indicator light comes on like before when it leaked so I don't know what's the problem or if it is a problem. When it does leak, I can see little smoke coming from it since the fluid is being burned on the part when it's hot. I'm going to take it in to the autoshop to have them take a look at it but just wanted some feedback beforehand. Any ideas?

the part your pointing at is a flex pipe. so when you engine moves you exhaust has some give so it won’t break.

... and it is #7 on that parts drawing. I think Honda calls it the "A-pipe".

That's an exhaust pipe, so it won't leak fluid. If it's oil (for example) it's leaking from somewhere above that pipe, dripping onto the pipe before continuiing to drip down.
