Default 1994 accord with an f20b Red line issues.

Hey guys looking for some help with my f20b swapped accord. Currently the car refuses to rev over 6k rpm. No check engine light is on, it has a Chipped p28 ecu with an f20b base map and a red line set to 8k rpm. When i was using a weird *** p13 chip it would only go to 5500. Does it sound like a fuel issue?

Welcome to the forums. Right off hand I don't think it's fuel, as the fuel system is designed for a larger engine. I think you might want to talk to your tuner, and see if the problem is in the ECU. I only say that, as t sounds more like a timing issue than fuel to me.

How can you determine if its a timing issue? And the map it has on it should be good according the the tuner.
