Those both point to the VSS (vehicle speed sensor). Chances are your speedometer doesn't work...
If your speedometer works, then it's likely a wiring problem where the VSS signal gets to the speedometer cluster, but it doesn't get to the ECM & TCM. That's probably not likely & if it IS the case you'll want a wiring diagram from the shop manual.
