bought new headers but location of o2 sensor in wrong place. Damn engine bracket in the way? what do I do

bring it to an exhaust shop have them weld a bung in the right place, shouldnt cost more than $20 or $30.

BIG Problem. I got new Headers and exhaust but same old stock catalyct converter. Cars rattling and smells like somrthings burning. HELP

Are you sure the smell isn't just a "coating" on the new exhaust burning off?
Re-check the system install and be sure that everything is in place.
